The Crosstex Energy companies, which includes Crosstex Energy LP and Crosstex Energy Inc., has announced that the companies will sell $700 million in senior unsecured notes that are due in 2018.

The notes will be sold through a private placement to eligible buyers.

All proceeds raised through the transaction will be used to pay down corporate debts.

Crosstex Energy is a midstream natural gas company headquartered in Dallas. The company operates 3,300 miles of pipeline and 10 processing plants.

I wonder what John L. O’Sullivan would call the apparent movement of digitally hosted anonymous cloud computing environment?
